Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a senior Project Controls Specialist to support sales, operations and production by optimizing systems and processes. You will drive SAP and Excel-based workflows, monitor job costing, and lead change order and billing initiatives.

You will coordinate with account executives, project coordinators and site teams, attend weekly job-site meetings (virtual or in person), and forecast monthly numbers to keep projects on track.

Qualifikationen

• Experience or knowledge of contract scope of work, bids, take-offs, schedules of values, billing procedures, plans, diagrams, specifications, RFIs, ASIs, addendums, change orders, submittals, forecasting, and monthly GC billing
• Proficiency with Excel
• Experience with SAP
• Ability to coordinate with Account Executives, Project Coordinators, Operations Managers, Project Engineers, Site Superintendents, general contractors, subcontractors, and builders
• Ability to attend weekly job-site meetings virtually or in person
• Ability to review plans and specifications for accuracy and constructability
• Ability to manage project schedules, procurement and delivery timelines, labor needs, and billing requirements

Aufgaben

• Lead technology and process-improvement initiatives
• Review contracts, scopes of work, dollar values, bids, schedules of values, and billing procedures
• Review bids, take-offs, plans, diagrams, drawings, and specifications
• Monitor and track RFIs, ASIs, addendums, and project revisions
• Prepare, review, and send labor-rate offers to subcontractors and extend approved offers in SAP
• Coordinate with general-contractor personnel and attend weekly job-site meetings
• Manage project schedules, procurement and delivery timelines, and labor needs
• Create and track change orders, including pricing, stock checks, samples, approvals, and documentation
• Set up project information, submittal logs, internal schedules of values, cut-sheets, diagrams, and work orders
• Verify SAP community setup and coordinate lot kickoff
• Forecast monthly numbers and update forecasts
• Manage internal schedules of values for monthly GC billing and coordinate billing issues with Project Coordinators
