Jobtailor seeks a Senior Planning & Scheduling Lead to guide complex data center construction programs across regional subregions, including North America and LATAM.

You will develop, maintain, and improve detailed schedules, track milestones and dependencies, apply CPM scheduling, and report risks, impacts, and recovery options to senior leadership. SOX controls apply where applicable.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of expert-level planning and scheduling using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Experience supporting design and construction project management for medium-to-large capital programs.
• Background planning capital projects in the $500MM to $2B+ range, preferably data center construction.
• Strong knowledge of CPM scheduling, schedule health analysis, and schedule risk identification.
• Ability to analyze EPC plans and communicate mitigation strategies.
• Excellent executive communication and leadership-ready summaries.

Requirements

• Must speak Portuguese fluently
• 7+ years of expert-level planning and scheduling experience using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
• Experience supporting design and construction project management for medium-to-large capital programs
• Background planning capital projects in the $500MM to $2B+ range, preferably in data center construction or related process-intensive industries
• Strong knowledge of critical path method scheduling, schedule health analysis, and schedule risk identification
• Ability to analyze EPC plans and schedules, identify trends, and clearly communicate mitigation strategies
• Demonstrated ability to self-direct, solve problems, and operate effectively in a fast-paced project environment
• Strong executive communication skills, including the ability to present detailed schedule data in concise leadership-ready summaries
• Preferred: Data center design and construction delivery experience
• Preferred: Schedule risk analysis experience and familiarity with related planning tools
• Preferred: Experience supporting executive reporting, recovery planning, or schedule governance in complex capital programs
