Qualifikationen

• Experience writing for Federal Government, DoW, and Marine Corps Facilities programs.
• Familiarity with FRCS or OT documentation, implementation guidance, or standards.
• Experience preparing structured program documentation, technical content, summaries, and official communications.
• Strong attention to detail and time management; clear communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide program analyst support for the FRCS program and related documentation.

• Provide program analyst support for the Marine Corps Facility-Related Control System (FRCS) program
• Develop and maintain program plans, guidance documents, tracking tools, schedules, execution documentation, and structured workflows
• Support development and sustainment of long-range FRCS plans
• Track program execution and deliver weekly/monthly status updates to leadership
• Draft, edit, coordinate, and prepare official Marine Corps FRCS program documentation, including SOP updates, guidance revisions, leadership briefs, and white papers
• Conduct data analysis across the FRCS portfolio and produce execution metrics, analytic summaries, reports, and decision briefs
• Monitor financial actions such as commitments and obligations, identifying deviations and recommending corrective actions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop project documentation, support project initiation, track priority infrastructure projects, and ensure alignment with Marine Corps FRCS goals
• Produce structured technical writing, including policy updates, program summaries, technical content, report narratives, and documentation for Government review
• Maintain project records, revision histories, SharePoint repositories, and document libraries
• Support compliance reviews, audits, inspections, and enterprise governance activities
• Collaborate with regional installation personnel, FRCS staff, application owners, and facilities program managers to ensure timely submission, coordination, and quality control of program documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field (Cyber Security, Engineering, Computer Science or Information System)
• 2 Years of Experience doing Cyber Security technical writing within a program analyst environment
• Demonstrated experience technical writing for Federal Government, Department of War (DoW), and Marine Corps Facilities programs
• Familiarity with technical writing for FRCS programs or similar large-scale facilities programs
• Demonstrated experience preparing structured program documentation, technical content, summaries, and official communications
• Familiarity with FRCS or Operational Technology (OT) documentation, implementation guidance, or standards
• Strong attention to detail, time management, follow-through, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in both virtual and in-person environments
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and competing priorities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and collaborative file structures
• Excellent analytical skills, communication abilities, and technical writing expertise
• Ability to present and collaborate technical writings with senior leadership, cybersecurity teams, engineers, system owners, and multidisciplinary stakeholders
• Direct experience supporting Marine Corps installation facilities programs or Marine Corps headquarters organizations preferred
• Experience preparing official Marine Corps or DoW documentation preferred
• Experience with automated or template-driven reporting tools or low-code platforms preferred
• Experience using ETMS2, FMT, or other federal program-tracking or financial-management databases preferred
• Experience coordinating meetings or working group activities preferred
• Strong background in technical writing, editing, and documentation development for Government audiences preferred
• Familiarity with governance and compliance automation tool platforms preferred
