Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a skilled Technical Writer to support CMS with enterprise AI platform documentation and governance. You will craft SOPs, user guides, and knowledge base articles tailored to diverse audiences, and format recurring reports on platform usage and data governance.

You will follow Section 508 and plain-language standards, organize content to serve as a reliable source of truth, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep documentation accurate and accessible.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in technical writing, documentation, or reporting.
• Strong writing and editing skills; clear, concise, and organized.
• Comfort with documentation tools (Confluence, Word, and the like).
• An eye for detail and a knack for making complex things simple.
• Experience with 508-compliant documentation or federal reporting would be advantageous.
• Familiarity with data governance or technical/AI subject matter would be advantageous.
• Previous experience supporting CMS or another federal agency would be advantageous.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance
• Acceptable results of a background investigation
