Zusammenfassung

RKW SE is seeking a Professional Financial Accountant to handle invoice verification, supplier communication, dunning, reporting, and SAP payment runs. You will contribute to process optimization and ensure accurate accounting, including VAT compliance.

Aufgaben

• Invoice verification and posting of invoices; clarification of discrepancies with Procurement.
• Communicate with suppliers; handle payment reminders and cash discount claims.
• Prepare dunning runs; monitor overdue accounts; initiate debt collection procedures.
• Conduct administrative tasks such as official reporting, intercompany invoicing, and reporting/analyses.
• Execute SAP payment runs, process manual payments, and recurring postings.
• Process travel expense claims and manage travel expense software.
• Support special projects and optimize processes.
• Post incoming payments; clarify payment differences; monitor cash discount claims.
