Pentos‑SHAPEiN Group in Munich is seeking a Finance & Accounting Specialist (m/f/d) to support our accounting team with daily processes and digitalisation efforts. The role emphasizes accuracy, IT affinity, and cross‑department collaboration.

20 hours per week with flexible scheduling; Munich office two days a week preferred. Requires DATEV experience and solid German/English skills; remote options and professional development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Initial professional experience in preparatory accounting is an advantage.
• Completed commercial training (e.g. tax clerk, accountant) or comparable qualification.
• Confident working with DATEV Unternehmen Online.
• Strong affinity for IT and digital process development.
• Good level of German and English (written and spoken).
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Careful, structured and independent working style.
• High discretion with confidential data.
• Strong team player with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of accounting records and transactions in DATEV Unternehmen Online.
• Review and process employee travel expenses.
• Support the Finance & Accounting team in day-to-day activities.
• Support the digitalization and continuous improvement of our finance processes.
• Act as a point of contact for management and other departments on accounting matters, including in English.
