#DAMUR is a Berlin-based high‑end streetwear label founded in 2015. We create gender‑neutral fashion with bold cuts, upcycled materials, strong visual storytelling, and immersive runway formats connecting fashion, music, nightlife, sport, and culture.

Our collections have been shown during Berlin, Copenhagen, Paris, and Taipei Fashion Weeks. For SS27 and AW27, we are looking for a hands‑on Production & Technical Design Intern to support tech packs, fittings, sample tracking, vendor communication, production planning, and fashion‑week preparation.

This is not an observing internship. You will work on real garments, real measurements, real vendors, real deadlines, and real production tasks.

What You’ll Do

• Support technical design and production development for SS27 / AW27 collections
• Build and update tech packs with measurements, tolerances, BOMs, trims, labels, care details, and construction notes
• Support pattern updates, fittings, fit comments, alterations, and measurement checks
• Track proto / sample / PP sample status and keep production timelines updated
• Coordinate with makers and vendors in Germany, Poland, Taiwan, or other production locations
• Prepare shipment information, sample lists, style trackers, and change logs
• Gather material quotes, MOQ information, and basic costing / yield data
• Flag production risks and suggest practical alternatives
• Prepare QC checklists, measurement reports, and testing requests when needed
• Keep folders, file names, versions, and handover documents clean and organized

What Success Looks Like

30 days: Set up the T&A timeline, sample tracker, and tech‑pack checklist. Finalize one mini tech pack and assist 2 fittings with clear, actionable notes.

60 days: Deliver one full tech pack with BOM, measurements, tolerances, and construction details. Support one proto sample on time and prepare one basic costing / yield sheet.

90 days: Prepare a 10–12 slide production deck showing brief, proto, fit rounds, production risks, and next steps. Support one PP preparation with QC checklist and measurement form.

3–6 months: Own one key style from proto to PP sample, including pattern updates, locked specs, vendor alignment, fitting notes, and clean production handover.

Must‑Haves

• Enrolled student in Fashion Design, Textile Design, Garment Technology, Fashion Technology, or related
• Eligible for mandatory internship, Erasmus internship, or study‑program internship
• Portfolio required, ideally including tech‑pack or technical work
• Basic pattern cutting and sewing knowledge
• Confident with Adobe Illustrator
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills, including filters, basic formulas, and structured tracking
• macOS, Keynote, and Google Workspace
• Organized, detail‑oriented, reliable, and clear in communication
• Clear working‑level English
• Legal right to intern in Germany without visa sponsorship

Nice‑to‑Haves

• German, Polish, Mandarin, or another relevant language
• CLO3D or Lectra (Modaris) or Gerber (AccuMark) or Optitex, or Assyst or grading basics
• Textile testing, fabric sourcing, or production knowledge
• Vendor communication or basic logistics experience
• Interest in streetwear, upcycling, technical construction, and runway production

• You dislike measurements, spreadsheets, checklists, and deadlines
• You avoid feedback, revisions, change logs, or follow‑ups
• You prefer theory over execution
• You only want to design but not support production
• You are not comfortable working with technical details and vendors
