BoF Careers in Berlin is seeking a Production & Supply Chain Coordinator to oversee the end-to-end operations for footwear and accessories, from order placement with Italian manufacturers to inbound delivery at our Berlin warehouse.

You will manage master data and shipments, ensure on-time deliveries, and coordinate with Product Development, Merchandising and Warehousing for both D2C and B2B channels, driving process improvements across ERP/PLM systems.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2–3 years in fashion production.
• Experience coordinating end-to-end production with Italian manufacturers.
• Proficiency with ERP/PLM and spreadsheets.
• Fluent in English and Italian preferred.

What You Will Do

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Production & Supply Chain Coordinator to join our Supply Chain Team in Berlin. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the end-to-end operational flow of our footwear & accessories collections from order placement with our Italian manufacturing partners through to inbound delivery at our warehouse. You will play a key role in ensuring production milestones are met, product data is accurate across systems, shipments arrive on time, and cross-functional teams remain aligned throughout the product lifecycle. Acting as the operational bridge between our Berlin headquarters and our Italian factories, you will contribute directly to the efficient execution of our seasonal collections across both our Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) and Wholesale (B2B) channels.

What You Will Do

Production Coordination

• Coordinate seasonal production timelines with our Italian manufacturing partners to ensure the timely placement of purchase orders.
• Monitor production progress and proactively follow up on milestones to support on-time deliveries. Build strong relationships with manufacturing partners and serve as their primary operational contact for day-to-day communication, documentation, and issue resolution.

Product Data & Operational Readiness

• Own the preparation and maintenance of production-related master data across internal systems. Coordinate product data uploads, verify product specifications, and ensure information is complete and accurate before production begins.
• Manage EAN code allocation and barcode label creation.
• Coordinate packaging and labeling requirements with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure consistency and compliance.

Inbound Logistics

• Coordinate the inbound process from factory to warehouse, ensuring all shipping documentation is complete and accurate.
• Review shipment quantities, identify overages or shortages, and coordinate timely resolution with suppliers and logistics partners.
• Monitor inbound deliveries and independently manage delays or operational issues, escalating critical risks to relevant stakeholders with appropriate lead time.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Product Development, Merchandising ,Operations and Warehousing teams to ensure products are delivered on schedule and are operationally ready for both D2C and B2B channels.
• Support smooth communication across departments by proactively providing accurate production updates and coordinating operational activities throughout the product lifecycle.

Reporting & Process Improvement

• Maintain delivery performance dashboards and operational tracking tools.
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of production and supply chain data across reporting systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, reporting accuracy, and supply chain efficiency.

What You Will Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Fashion Management, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in fashion production, ideally in shoe production working with Italian manufacturers.
• Familiarity with ERP/PLM systems and strong proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Strong analytical skill.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Italian speaking (ideally native) and fluent in English.
• A team player with a hands-on mentality and an eye for detail.
• Passion for fashion, craftsmanship, and sustainable production.
