About #DAMUR
#DAMUR is a Berlin-based high‑end streetwear label founded in 2015. We create gender‑neutral fashion with bold cuts, upcycled materials, strong visual storytelling, and immersive runway formats connecting fashion, music, nightlife, sport, and culture.
Our collections have been shown during Berlin, Copenhagen, Paris, and Taipei Fashion Weeks. For SS27 and AW27, we are looking for a hands‑on Visual Design & Communications Intern to support campaign visuals, brand assets, e‑commerce graphics, event communication, and fashion‑week preparation.
This is not an observing internship. You will work on real campaign materials, real brand visuals, real events, and real deadlines.
What You’ll Do
- Support visual design and communication for SS27 / AW27 collections and campaigns
- Create social media assets, story templates, Reel covers, newsletter visuals, and campaign key visuals
- Design e‑shop and website assets, including banners, product graphics, size charts, and landing‑page visuals
- Prepare lookbooks, line sheets, press kits, invitations, sponsor decks, and partner materials
- Support event visuals, including signage, screen graphics, run‑of‑show cards, and recap assets
- Edit short‑form video content for social media and campaign use
- Maintain organized folders, file names, versions, export formats, and visual asset libraries
- Support basic accessibility and consistency checks, such as contrast, readability, and correct formats
What Success Looks Like
30 days: Audit current brand and e‑shop visuals, set up basic templates for social posts, stories, Reels, and newsletters, fix 2 quick visual issues, and align file‑naming rules.
60 days: Deliver one mini campaign visual pack, including key visual, story assets, Reel cover, newsletter header, and e‑shop banner. Create 10 reusable templates and one short video.
90 days: Prepare a 10–12 slide visual deck showing one campaign or mini‑redesign, publish Press Kit v1, and support one A/B visual test, such as a banner or email hero.
3–6 months: Own one event or show visual pack from planning to final export, support Lookbook / Line Sheet updates, and hand over a small design system with templates and export specs.
