About #DAMUR
#DAMUR is a Berlin-based high-end streetwear label founded in 2015. We create gender-neutral fashion with bold cuts, upcycled materials, strong visual storytelling, and immersive runway formats connecting fashion, music, nightlife, sport, and culture.
Our collections have been shown during Berlin, Copenhagen, Paris, and Taipei Fashion Weeks. For SS27 and AW27 , we are looking for a hands‑on PR & Communication Intern to support press communication, storytelling, media relations, creator outreach, event communication, and fashion‑week preparation.
This is not an observing internship. You will work on real press outreach, real campaigns, real events, and real communication tasks.
What You’ll Do
- Support PR and communication for SS27 / AW27 collections and campaigns
- Help shape seasonal messaging, press angles, and brand storytelling
- Build and maintain press, stylist, creator, and media contact lists across Germany, Europe, and Asia
- Draft press notes, press releases, newsletters, invitations, and outreach emails
- Support sample loans, credits, image banks, bios, quotes, and talking points
- Pitch journalists, stylists, creators, and cultural partners
- Coordinate creator / influencer seeding and follow‑ups
- Support fashion shows, event invitations, RSVPs, guest lists, press briefings, and show‑day communication
- Update the Squarespace press / news pages and polish social media copy
- Track outreach, replies, placements, reach, sentiment, and press results
What Success Looks Like
30 days: Audit existing PR assets and channels, set up press CRM, build a press / stylist list with 100 contacts, prepare Press Kit v1, and create a weekly PR report template.
60 days: Send one press note or release, book 3 editor / stylist calls, support one creator seeding, update the press page, and send the first press / B2B newsletter.
90 days: Prepare a 10–12 slide PR / media deck, secure 3+ earned mentions or credits, or one feature / interview, and complete one A/B test for invitation or newsletter subject lines.
3–6 months: Support one partnership announcement, one influencer / content collaboration, and own one event communication task from planning to reporting.
