Turn fashion, nightlife and backstage chaos into content people want to watch and share.

Berlin · Primarily on-site · 3–6 months · Mandatory study internship

About the Role

#DAMUR is a Berlin-based high-end fashion label connecting gender-neutral fashion with music, nightlife, performance and contemporary culture.

You will find the story inside a fitting, studio day, product drop, party or runway rehearsal—and turn it into content designed for each platform. This is a hands‑on creator role: you will film, edit, write, publish and use the results to improve what comes next.

A Professional Working Internship

This is a professional working internship—not a classroom, observation placement or beginner content‑creation course.

We provide clear briefs, access to real projects, professional context and feedback. In return, you must already be able to film and edit vertical video, write clear captions and turn a creative idea into publishable content. We do not teach basic filming or editing software from the beginning.

You do not need to understand the complete #DAMUR content system on your first day, but you must be resourceful, confident filming people and able to capture content during real, unscripted moments. We are looking for students who want to create content that performs—not wait for every step to be taught or repeatedly explained.

What You’ll Do

• Develop repeatable weekly content ideas for collections, people and events
• Film vertical video using a smartphone or camera
• Edit Reels, TikToks, interviews, teasers and behind‑the‑scenes stories
• Write strong hooks, captions, subtitles and calls to action
• Publish approved content and support community management
• Organise raw footage, project files and final exports
• Deliver assigned content on time and respond accurately to feedback
• Track watch time, saves, shares, profile visits, clicks and conversions
• Use performance results to suggest what should be repeated, changed or stopped
• You already create and edit vertical video and can show examples
• You understand how Reels, TikTok and Stories behave differently
• You use CapCut, Premiere Pro or comparable editing software confidently
• You have a strong visual eye and write concise, professional English
• You are confident filming and directing people
• You can turn a clear brief into content without step‑by‑step supervision
• You act on feedback, communicate early when blocked and meet deadlines
• You care about whether content performs—not only whether it looks attractive
• Photography, audio, interviewing, motion, German or Mandarin skills are a plus

What You’ll Gain

Practical Information

• Location: Berlin, primarily on‑site
• Start: As soon as possible; the exact date is agreed with the selected candidate
• Duration: 3–6 months
• Eligibility: This must be a mandatory internship required by your university or a recognised study programme. Erasmus+ placements are welcome when they meet this condition
• You must already have the right to complete an internship in Germany; we cannot provide employer visa sponsorship
• Studio benefits: Daily warm homemade lunch, La Marzocco espresso, snacks and drinks
• Schedule: Occasional evening or weekend work may be needed for events; this will always be agreed in advance
