YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You operate our winding robot and process high-tech materials like carbon fiber – just like they're used in aerospace.

You work on metal parts – e.g. by welding, grinding, bending or pressing. No worries if you’re new to this – we’ll train you.

You set up test benches and fixtures – precision matters here.

You clean, inspect and prepare components for further processing.

You document your process steps – simple and digital.

You work closely with other teams, such as Quality and Testing.

YOUR PROFILE

Training in a manual trade (e.g. locksmith, carpenter, metalworker, vehicle mechanic) – or you’ve learned your skills in another way.

Hands‑on experience with tools, machines, or ideally metal – whether from a job, workshop, or hobby.

A quick grasp of new tasks and the drive to work carefully and reliably.

You like to get things done and enjoy taking action.

You speak English (at least B1 level), German is helpful in the daily collaboration but not a must have.
