Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Technology, Chemistry, Business Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of professional experience in Product Management, Technical Management, Business Development, or a comparable role.
• Experience in industrial products, geosynthetics, technical textiles, construction materials, or related industries.
• Proven track record in product development, certification, quality management systems, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional and international projects.
• Sound technical understanding combined with strong commercial and business acumen.
• Experience working in an international business environment and managing diverse stakeholder expectations.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken.

• Lead innovation and product development initiatives by translating market and customer needs into competitive product solutions and successful market launches.
• Act as the technical authority for the ENKA portfolio, ensuring product quality, regulatory compliance, and technical excellence throughout the product lifecycle.
• Identify growth opportunities, strengthen market position, and enhance customer value through customer-centric product strategies and close collaboration with key accounts.
• Support commercial success by providing technical and business expertise to customers, projects, and the Sales organization.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, Quality, Purchasing, and R&D to ensure alignment and successful execution of product and business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional leadership to achieve sustainable portfolio growth and profitability.
