Job summary

Freudenberg seeks a seasoned Product Manager to own the ENKA portfolio strategy, roadmap, lifecycle management and performance optimization. Translate market and customer needs into competitive product solutions, drive innovation, and act as the technical authority ensuring quality, regulatory compliance and technical excellence throughout the lifecycle.

Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Quality, Purchasing and R&D to align objectives and deliver growth.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Technology, Chemistry, Business Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of professional experience in Product Management, Technical Management, or Business Development.
• Experience in industrial products, geosynthetics, technical textiles, construction materials or related industries.
• Experience with product development, certification, quality management systems and regulatory compliance.
• Strong project management skills and experience leading cross-functional, international projects.
• Fluent English in written and spoken form.
