Product Strategist

The Opportunity: As data analyst, you love diving into data and turning it into meaningful insights. As a data analyst at Booz Allen, you can use your skills and experience to support a mission and use data for good.

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Strategist to join the EUCOM team. In this role, you will be central to the collaboration, alignment, and strategic implementation of our capability development initiatives. As the primary point of contact for all programmer and development projects, you will be responsible for tracking the entire lifecycle from customer requirements to project completion, sustainment, and impact. The ideal candidate will be a master of communication and relationship‑building and adept at aligning multiple efforts with our overall enterprise strategy.

You Have:

• 5+ years of experience as a product owner supporting teams
• Experience working within Agile and Scrum teams
• Experience managing project management tools such as Gitlab
• Ability to track the full project lifecycle from initial requirements gathering to completion and impact assessment
• Ability to communicate requirements, manage scope, and maintain alignment between stakeholder needs and team capacity
• Ability to understand complex interrelationships and identify unintended consequences
• TS / SCI clearance
• Bachelor’s degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with design thinking methodologies
• Experience supporting DoD intelligence environments or supporting defense‑related programs
• Experience working on classified systems and in resource‑limited environments
• Possession of excellent relationship‑building skills for effective stakeholder collaboration and management
• Possession of excellent systems thinking skills
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or relevant Professional Certification such as Agile Scrum Master or SAFe Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract‑specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
