Zusammenfassung

SolaX Power DACH, located in Stuttgart, is seeking an experienced Product & Solution Engineer to enhance its Commercial & Industrial Energy Storage business. You will be responsible for designing energy storage solutions, providing pre-sales technical support, and delivering technical training.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Product & Solution Engineer to support the rapid growth of our Commercial & Industrial (C&I) Energy Storage business in Germany. The successful candidate will work closely with sales teams, EPCs, project developers, installers, utilities, and end customers to develop technically optimized and commercially competitive energy storage solutions.

This role combines technical expertise, customer-facing support, and market intelligence to help drive business growth across Bavaria.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Solution Design
  • Design C&I energy storage solutions, prepare technical proposals, system architectures, single-line diagrams, and project documentation.
  • Support sizing and optimization of battery storage systems based on customer requirements and project economics.
  • Conduct technical feasibility assessments and site evaluations.
  • Provide pre-sales technical support to the sales team throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Participate in customer meetings, technical workshops, and project presentations.
  • Respond to technical inquiries from EPCs, developers, installers, and end users.
  • Support tender submissions and technical negotiations.
• Market & Product Development
  • Monitor developments in the German energy storage market, regulations, and grid requirements.
  • Collect customer feedback and communicate market requirements to product management and R&D teams.
  • Support product launches and localization initiatives for the German market.
• Training & Knowledge Sharing
  • Deliver technical training to customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Develop technical documentation, application notes, and training materials.
