Jobtailor in Germany seeks a Healthcare Software Requirements Analyst to translate business needs into functional specs and drive Agile ceremonies. You will collaborate with engineers, QA, and stakeholders to maintain requirements and ensure quality in a healthcare SaaS context.

Responsibilities include elicitation, workshops, and creating wireframes with Figma/Visio, plus ensuring traceability across specs and test cases throughout the product lifecycle.

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrated ability to conduct gap analysis between current and desired business processes to identify root problem behind a stated request.
• Experience creating process flow diagrams, wireframes, or mockups to align stakeholders before development begins.
• Proven experience maintaining requirements traceability across specifications, user stories, and test cases.
• Support QA and UAT by developing test scenarios/cases and validating that delivered features meet acceptance criteria.
• Experience with healthcare SaaS products in healthcare, EMR, or medical practice management preferred.
• Familiarity with SQL and API concepts, or sufficient technical fluency to discuss system design with engineers.
• Experience creating wireframes or mockups using tools such as Figma or Visio preferred.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and deliver presentations of requirements, findings, and proposed solutions.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Partner with software engineers and QA throughout the development lifecycle.
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria and maintain them on the Azure DevOps Scrum board.
• Groom and prioritize the product backlog with stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and engineering.
• Manage expectations and communicate status, risks, and trade-offs.
• Prepare release notes, training materials, and internal/external feature documentation.
• Monitor healthcare and ophthalmology software industry, competitive, and regulatory trends.
• Gather post-release user feedback and identify enhancement opportunities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of Agile practices, templates, and documentation standards.
