Jobtailor is seeking a Product Manager to own the Atlas Population Health platform capabilities. You will collaborate with customers and healthcare stakeholders to understand workflows, identify pain points, and validate solutions, while partnering with Engineering, Design, Data/AI, and Clinical teams to craft scalable product experiences.

Qualifikationen

• 2–4 years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS or healthcare technology.
• Experience in population health, value-based care, care management, quality, risk, ACO/CIN, payer, or provider workflows.
• Strong experience in product discovery, requirements, prioritization, roadmap development, and working with Engineering and Design teams.
• Ability to translate complex customer and healthcare problems into simple, scalable product experiences.
• Strong analytical, written, verbal, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and driving outcomes without direct authority.
• Employment eligibility verification required for newly hired employees based out of the U.S. and employed by Innovaccer Inc.

• Own product discovery, requirements, prioritization, roadmap, and delivery for Atlas Population Health platform capabilities.

• Drive the product area from discovery through delivery and adoption, delivering measurable outcomes for healthcare organizations.
