You will shape the development of digital and AI-based customer experiences from requirements definition, prioritisation and implementation through to measurable customer and business outcomes.Depending on your experience and strengths, you may take responsibility for a product component in areas such as Assistant & Conversational Experiences, Agentic Task Completion, Personalisation & Recommendation, AI-powered Service & Self-Care or AI Platform & Enablement.You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Business and international markets. You will coordinate several squads involved in implementation, manage dependencies and create transparency regarding status, priorities and required decisions.Together with Engineering and Architecture, you will assess technical solution options in terms of functionality, quality, latency and cost. You will use product data, user behaviour, funnel analyses and support requests to make well-founded prioritisation and investment decisions.ResponsibilitiesAs a Technical Product Manager, you continuously translate overarching business strategies into product strategies, roadmaps and product specifications, defining the technical product requirements, customer groups and application scenarios.You analyse and assess global market requirements, monitor market developments and the competitive environment, as well as new technologies and standardsYou take responsibility for innovation and technology scouting and evaluationYou develop product, market launch and sales strategies and support product launches, including in an international environmentYou are responsible for the technical and commercial management of Group-wide development projects as well as products and servicesYou lead and manage agile teams or strategically oriented projectsRequirementsYou have completed a degree specialising in product management, business informatics, computer science or a comparable field, or possess an equivalent qualification.
