• As a member of the Tribe Management Team, actively shape and continuously develop the future of the Voice & House of Documents Tribe
• Develop a clear vision, derive an effective roadmap, and make progress and success visible and measurable for customers, employees, and the bank
• Provide direction and energy to the Tribe and its squads, connect people and departments, and bring different perspectives together around a shared strategic direction
• Lead teams and employees both disciplinarily and laterally
• Identify potential, develop talent, and create the conditions for autonomous, high-performing, and sustainable squads
• Provide clarity and orientation, strengthen collaboration, and foster an environment in which people take ownership and achieve ambitious goals

Requirements

• Successfully completed university degree or comparable qualification, along with several years of professional experience in document management
• Initial or several years of leadership experience is an advantage

• Very good understanding of digital products, processes, and technologies
• Entrepreneurial mindset, strong execution skills, and decisiveness
