Jobtailor is seeking a senior delivery leader to drive large-scale lending technology programmes across North America. You will shape scope, manage budgets, and own delivery across cross-functional teams including product, architecture, and sales.

You will engage with C-level stakeholders, build trusted relationships, and mentor delivery teams while maintaining high quality and timely delivery in a fast-moving environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering large-scale lending technology programmes in North America, with particular depth in core Finance software


• Strong track record in end-to-end programme management from early scoping through to go-live, with full accountability for quality, scope, and budget


• Experience building and leading high-performing delivery teams in complex, cross-functional environments


• Demonstrated ability to engage and align C-level stakeholders, combining strategic advisory skills with hands‑on delivery ownership


• Solid understanding of lending architecture, system integration, and cloud-based platform design


• Experience working with core banking or lending platforms; knowledge of SAP Fioneer solutions is a strong asset


• Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable operating in a fast-moving, lean organisation where initiative and judgement matter


• Willingness to travel extensively across North America
