Huawei Europe in Düsseldorf is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead category sourcing, build supplier networks, and align European purchasing with HQ strategy.
You will drive cross-functional collaboration, manage risks, and ensure compliant processes while delivering strategic value across our IT and services procurement.

Build a strong understanding of industry trends and supplier resources within your categories, identify opportunities and risks, and engage early in categories where business models are changing
Work closely with the HQ industry management department to stay up to date on category requirements and supplier resource sharing, make effective use of supplier resources, and respond quickly to business needs
Support key projects from the European representative offices: guide project strategy and target achievement, manage project risks, and coordinate and allocate key resources throughout project execution
Pre-review materials for PMC meetings, convene and facilitate the meetings, and prepare and circulate minutes to monitor and improve the operational quality of PMCs and JRTs across countries
Ensure compliance with internal control requirements and procedures
Solid understanding of business processes in related domains such as procurement, HR, and marketing
Strong internal and external communication skills
Proven ability to coordinate resources effectively
Good understanding of project and stakeholder relationship management
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Strong execution ability, with a proactive, results-oriented mindset
Excellent cross-functional coordination and negotiation skills, including with internal customers
Resilient and able to perform well under pressure
Fluent English; Chinese is a plus
3-5 years of experience in procurement or category sourcing, ideally in general (indirect) procurement
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Fluent English
Additional European language, preferably German
