Huawei Europe is seeking an HR Specialist (m/f/d) with Chinese language skills to join our Düsseldorf team. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, liaise with agencies and recruiters, and support the development and coordination of training programs across Europe.

The role requires fluent Chinese and English, strong communication, data analysis, and organizational planning. You will contribute to employee engagement and daily HR operations in a fast-paced multinational environment in Germany.

• Organized monthly department birthday events and other employee engagement activities.
• Handled other ad hoc HR-related tasks and supported daily HR operations.
