Zusammenfassung

Tintschl Technik GmbH Augsburg is seeking an experienced Buyer or Procurement Specialist to support complex aerospace projects. You will manage procurement activities for components, materials and services, prepare RFQs, negotiate terms, and oversee purchase orders across the lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has a degree in business, supply chain or engineering, with several years in procurement; Airbus experience is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or a comparable qualification.
• Professional experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Strategic Sourcing or Commodity Management.
• Experience in aerospace or aviation industry is highly desirable.
• Fluent English and German required.

Aufgaben

• Management of procurement activities for components, materials and/or services within aerospace projects.
• Preparation and execution of RFQs and supplier selection processes.
• Negotiation of commercial conditions, prices, delivery schedules and contractual terms.
• Management and follow-up of purchase orders throughout the lifecycle.
• Monitoring of supplier performance regarding cost, quality and delivery.
• Coordination with Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing and Finance.
• Support of sourcing strategies and supplier development activities.
• Preparation of procurement analyses, reports and KPI monitoring.
• Participation in supplier negotiations, reviews and escalation meetings.
• Ensuring compliance with internal procurement processes and customer requirements.

Your Tasks

• Management of procurement activities for components, materials and/or services within aerospace projects
• Preparation and execution of requests for quotation and supplier selection processes
• Negotiation of commercial conditions, prices, delivery schedules and contractual terms
• Management and follow-up of purchase orders throughout the procurement lifecycle
• Monitoring of supplier performance regarding cost, quality and delivery
• Identification and mitigation of procurement and supplier-related risks
• Coordination with Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing and Finance
• Support of sourcing strategies and supplier development activities
• Preparation of procurement analyses, reports and KPI monitoring
• Participation in supplier negotiations, reviews and escalation meetings
• Ensuring compliance with internal procurement processes and customer requirements

Your Profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Engineering or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Strategic Sourcing or Commodity Management
• Professional experience within the aerospace or aviation industry is highly desirable
• Previous Airbus procurement experience or experience working within the Airbus supplier environment is strongly preferred
• Good understanding of procurement processes, supplier management and commercial negotiations
• Experience with SAP or comparable procurement/ERP systems is an advantage
• Strong negotiation, analytical and communication skills
• Independent and structured working style with a strong sense of responsibility
• Comfortable working in international and cross-functional environments
• Fluent English and German is required
