Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a Senior Process Analyst to map, analyze, and document processes and service catalogs. You will interview stakeholders, structure catalogs, identify gaps, and create executive materials while applying ITIL 4 practices for governance and continuous improvement.

The role requires strong English, cross-functional collaboration, and experience with process modeling and ITSM in digital transformation contexts.

Qualifikationen

• Solid experience as a Senior Process Analyst.
