• Gather, clean, validate, and load data into internal business systems
• Understand and work within existing data models; identify gaps, relationships, and rules
• Create and maintain data governance standards, definitions, and documentation
• Use reports, dashboards, and analysis to surface trends, anomalies, and process improvement opportunities
• Elicit, document, and prioritize internal business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process walkthroughs
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for consultants and developers
• Map current-state and future-state business processes; identify gaps and recommend improvements
• Support testing and validation of delivered solutions
• Act as a liaison between clients and delivery teams
• Take initiative beyond defined responsibilities to support client and team success
• Communicate progress, risks, and blockers to the engagement lead and client stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 3+ years in a data analyst, business analyst, or hybrid role
• Experience working with data models, relational data structures, and data quality rules that support business processes
• Strong Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data cleanup
• Strong SAP ECC and S/4HANA process knowledge
• Ability to gather requirements from non-technical stakeholders and translate them into clear documentation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting findings to clients and leadership
• Comfort working within an existing data model, defining data governance standards, and loading data into a live system
• Basic prompt engineering skills
• Strong process orientation
• Prior experience in a consulting, professional services, or client-facing delivery environment
• Exposure to SAP ecosystem, SuccessFactors, MDG or BTM tools such as Signavio, LeanIX, and Cloud ALM
• Familiarity with process mapping and requirements tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, Jira, and Azure DevOps
• Experience working on a small team where roles span beyond a single job title
• Prior exposure to EAM or HR system implementations
• Exposure to OpenText ecosystem or other content management platforms
