Jobtailor seeks an experienced pricing leader to drive international pricing projects and refine the global pricing strategy for an omnichannel B2B sales company in Mobility/Automotive and Construction. Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in business related/quantitative studies.
• Several years of work experience in the pricing area in a related industry, ideally in a B2B environment.
• Strong project and change management skills.
• Excellent MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Basic knowledge of SAP and SAP BW appreciated.
• Strong result orientation and proactivity with a hands-on mentality.
• High persuasive power and assertiveness as well as the ability to overcome frustration.
• Strong ability to steer cross-functional international teams.
• High internal customer orientation and the confidence to structure as well as communicate messages and achieve decisions in a stakeholder-centric manner.
• Accountability and integrity as well as accuracy and timeliness.
• Fluency in English.
• Willingness to travel on a moderate project base.

Aufgaben

• Identify, define, conceptualize and implement international pricing projects.
• Support the refinement and implementation of the international pricing strategy for an omnichannel B2B direct sales company.
• Coach national organizations in identifying and exploiting pricing potential through targeted analyses.
• Proactively improve pricing structures, processes and tools with a good understanding of IT systems.
• Own and assure execution of groupwide strategic processes, especially annual price adjustment, competitor monitoring, new product pricing, T&C and bonus adjustments.
• Train, coach and support regional and national pricing organizations and holding departments, especially Marketing and Sales.
