Avelios Medical GmbH in Munich is seeking a dedicated Pre-Sales Consultant (all genders) to drive customer growth from the very beginning and promote our clinical software solutions.

You will analyze hospital processes, demonstrate the concrete value of our platform, and present solutions in a clinically grounded, relatable way, while supporting the sales team with your expertise.

To continue shaping the future of healthcare, we are looking for a dedicated Pre‑Sales Consultant (all genders) who plays an active role in driving our customer growth from the very beginning and contributes significantly to presenting and promoting our clinical software solutions.

YOUR TASKS

• Analyzing the processes and needs of potential hospital customers and demonstrating the concrete value our platform delivers

• Presenting our software solutions in a targeted, relatable way with a strong understanding of clinical realities

• Supporting the sales team with your subject‑matter expertise throughout the entire sales process, contributing directly to overall success

• Bringing feedback from the market back into our product development and actively helping to further develop our platform

• Representing Avelios at trade fairs, events, and on‑site customer meetings

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Profound experience in clinical and administrative hospital environments, ideally gained through professional experience or project work in healthcare

• Strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to explain complex topics in a simple and audience‑appropriate way

• Enjoyment in engaging with customers and collaboratively shaping practical digital solutions

• Basic technical understanding is helpful but not required — more important is the willingness to learn and dive into our platform

• Very good German skills and good English skills

• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and events
