A healthcare technology company in Munich is searching for a Lead Solution Engineer to spearhead the Solution Engineering function. This role involves leading a team, designing scalable solutions, and collaborating closely with sales, engineering, and product teams. THE TEAM AND YOUR ROLE

As a Lead Solution Engineer (all genders) for clinical software solutions, you take on a strategic and leadership role at the intersection of sales, technology, and hospital operations.

You are responsible for leading and developing the Solution Engineering function, while ensuring the delivery of scalable, high-quality, and customer-centric solutions. You work closely with sales, engineering, product, and project teams, and act as a trusted technical advisor to both internal stakeholders and enterprise customers.

From early sales engagements to complex implementations, you ensure technical excellence, alignment, and long-term success of our clinical software solutions.

YOUR TASKS
