Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Support clients in monitoring operational records, inventory, and 340B/non-340B purchasing accounts.
• Ensure software and tools are working properly and accurately.
• Assist client troubleshooting and maintenance of client software.
• Maintain CDM/Crosswalk for new products/NDCs and product changes.
• Ensure utilization reporting and charging processes are accurate and efficient.
• Promote knowledge-sharing and recommendations to resolve issues and optimize improvements.
• Support project-based research, analytics, and scheduling.
• Gather information and analyze data related to client projects.
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate to meet engagement timelines.
• Provide operational support for services under the Visante 340B portfolio.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Support project-based research, analytics, deliverable creation, and scheduling
• Gather information and analyze data relating to client projects
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with team members to complete engagements within timelines
• Provide operational support for multiple services under the Visante 340B portfolio
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• A minimum of 1 year in relevant discipline or with practical background or relevant experience
• Experience working with multiple 340B third-party administrator (TPA) platforms, including Macro Helix, Verity, Craneware, Cervey, PharmaForce, Pillr, Omnicell, Walgreens, Wellpartner, and Aventi
• Experience reviewing medical records across EMR systems, including Epic, Cerner, Meditech, Athena, eClinicalWorks (eCW), and Epic Willow Ambulatory
• Apexus ACE certificate required within 3 months of hire
• Experience within a hospital, health system, covered entity, or grantee organization highly preferred
• Experience working with large data sets to identify discrepancies and anomalies highly preferred
