Job summary

As a Personalsachbearbeiter Personalbetreuung (m/w/d), you will be an essential part of our team and ensure smooth operation, especially in the care of our production staff. Our team at Oldenburger Geflügelspezialitäten GmbH & Co. KG in Lohne is growing, and we are seeking reinforcement for our HR department in full time at the earliest opportunity. Responsibilities

• Complete the entire personnel administration process from entry to exit.
• Prepare contracts, contract addenda, employment references, warnings and certificates, using our templates.
• Actively contribute to HR projects, e.g., the digitization of processes.
• Be the point of contact for our foreign employees in the production area for all personnel-related questions.

Qualifications

• Completed commercial training; ideally with further training as a Personalfachkaufmann (m/w/d).
• At least 3 years of practical experience in HR.
• Structured and independent work style; strong teamwork and discretion.
