On LeasingMarkt.de, customers can quickly and easily find the right car leasing deal from over 1,000 dealerships and brand partners, attracting over two million visitors per month.

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d) to join us full‑time in Düsseldorf.

What you’ll do:

  • Operative management, execution, and optimization of our performance marketing campaigns with a focus on app performance marketing, SEA (Google Ads, YouTube), and paid social media (Meta, TikTok)
  • Hands‑on work in SEA and paid social accounts: creation, testing, and optimization of campaigns, ad groups, creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies.
  • Collaboration with BI and Tech teams to implement new events, pixels, and server‑side tracking.
  • Regular data consistency checks and deriving data‑driven recommendations for action.
  • A/B testing and data‑based scaling: developing test strategies, comparing performance, and continuously optimizing creatives, funnels, and audiences.
  • Cross‑channel collaboration with internal teams (BI, CRM, Product, Design, Content) to ensure a consistent and efficient marketing strategy.
  • Expansion and innovation: identifying new performance channels and ad formats, especially in the app and mobile marketing environment.

What you’ll bring:

  • 2+ years of hands‑on experience in performance marketing, ideally in an e‑commerce, platform, or app environment.
  • Solid knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and app marketing (Adjust & Appsflyer).
  • Experience with product feed management tools (e.g., Productsup) and tracking setups via Google Tag Manager.
  • Confident use of attribution models and evaluation of cross‑channel performance.
  • Analytical thinking, data‑driven decision‑making, and a strong affinity for testing and optimization.
  • You enjoy teamwork, are hands‑on, creative, and passionate about digital growth.
  • Excellent German skills (C1/C2) and fluency in English.
