Merz Therapeutics is seeking a Performance & Inventory Manager to optimize global supply chain performance and drive inventory excellence across our international network. The role emphasizes defining KPIs, developing dashboards, and leading inventory optimization while collaborating with cross-functional teams to balance service, cost, and working capital.

You will drive digitalization efforts and develop predictive analytics to support data-driven decisions.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in a relevant field with focus on supply chain, business, or economics.
• Several years of experience in supply chain, inventory, or performance management.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences industry.
• Strong analytical mindset with KPI management and reporting.
• Hands-on experience with ERP and analytics tools such as SAP, Power BI, SAP BW, SAC, Python, or similar.
• APICS (CPIM/CSCP) certification is a plus.
• Experience in data science and AI is a plus.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented working style.
• Business fluent in English; other languages are advantageous.
