Merz Therapeutics in Germany is seeking a Senior Performance & Inventory Manager to optimize global supply chain performance, drive inventory excellence, and enable data-driven decision-making across our international network.

You will define KPIs, develop dashboards and reports, analyze performance, lead inventory optimization, and collaborate with Supply Chain, Commercial, Quality, Finance, IT and Manufacturing teams to balance service levels, costs, and working capital.

Qualifikationen

• Must have several years of experience in supply chain, inventory, or performance management.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences industry.
• Hands-on experience with ERP and analytics tools such as SAP, Power BI, SAP BW, SAC, Python, or similar.
• APICS (CPIM/CSCP) certification is a plus
• Experience in data science and AI is a plus
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in English; German and additional languages are advantageous

YOUR PROFILE

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, or a related field
• Several years of experience in supply chain, inventory, or performance management
• Experience within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences industry
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in KPI management and reporting
• Must-have Hands-on experience with ERP and analytics tools such as SAP, Power BI, SAP BW, SAC, Python, or similar
• APICS (CPIM/CSCP) certification is a plus
• Exprience in data science and AI is a plus
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented working style
• Business fluent in English (written and spoken), German andadditional languages are an advantage
