Merz Therapeutics seeks a Performance & Inventory Manager (m/f/d) to optimize global supply chain performance and drive inventory excellence across our international network.

You will define KPIs, develop dashboards, and lead cross-functional projects to balance service, cost, and working capital while advancing digitalization and analytics initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in supply chain, inventory, or performance management.
• Experience within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences industry.
• Hands-on experience with ERP and analytics tools such as SAP, Power BI, SAP BW, SAC, Python.
• APICS (CPIM/CSCP) certification is a plus.
• Experience in data science and AI is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Business fluent in English.

YOUR PROFILE

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, or a related field
• Severalyears of experience in supply chain, inventory, or performance management
• Experience within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences industry
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in KPI management and reporting
• Must-have Hands-on experience with ERP and analytics tools such as SAP, Power BI, SAP BW, SAC, Python, or similar
• APICS (CPIM/CSCP) certification is a plus
• Exprience in data science and AI is a plus
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented working style
• Business fluent in English (written and spoken), additional languages are an advantage
