Zusammenfassung

Hyland is seeking a skilled Partnerships Engineer to drive technical integration efforts with ISVs, GSIs and hyperscalers. You will maintain visibility into partner architectures and roadmaps, and translate partner requirements to Product and Engineering teams to track progress.

You will deliver partner technical enablement, onboarding, and readiness for Hyland solutions, participate in solution validation and customer architecture discussions, and collaborate with Partner Sales to ensure

Qualifikationen

• 5–7 years of experience in technical partnerships, solution engineering, integrations, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of APIs, cloud platforms, and integration patterns.
• Experience working with product and engineering teams.
• Ability to manage multiple integrations or partner initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Comfortable operating in a cross-functional matrixed environment.

• Drive technical integration projects with partners (ISVs, GSIs, hyperscalers).

• Support partner onboarding and readiness for Hyland solutions.
• Participate in solution validation, technical discovery, and customer architecture discussions.
• Partner with Partner Sales Managers on technical readiness for co-sell opportunities.
• Translate integrations into clear technical value propositions.
• Provide technical support during deal cycles.
• Liaise between partner technical teams and Hyland Product Engineering and Solutions.
• Track and resolve technical blockers affecting integration or partner success.
• Provide feedback on integration quality and partner readiness.
• Improve documentation and reusable technical assets.
• Support scaling repeatable integration patterns through documented guidance and shared assets.
