About the role

We keep up to date. Django is our go‑to backend framework and Lit our go‑to frontend framework. We use GitHub Actions and Heroku for continuous deployment and GitHub for code collaboration.

Our experienced tech team consists of five engineers. As one of our senior engineers moves on after four years, we’re looking for a senior full‑stack engineer (Python/Django) to help us retain knowledge, strengthen our codebase, and continue delivering high‑quality, reliable software.

Qualifications & requirements

• Approximately 6+ years of software development experience (or equivalent practical experience)
• Professional experience with Python and JavaScript
• Professional experience with at least one modern web framework (Django experience is a plus)
• Fluent English (German is a plus)
• A learning mindset, openness to feedback, and a collaborative approach
• Interest in open source development
