Job summary

FORMEL SKIN in Berlin is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own paid social and drive a seven-figure experimentation budget across markets. You will build bold channel strategies, lead planning and optimization, and transform data into insights that fuel rapid, measurable growth.

This role offers flexible hours, a hybrid work setup, and the option to work remotely up to four weeks within the EU. Fluency in English is required; German is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience with deep expertise in paid social.
• Proven ability to scale campaigns and manage large budgets in a high-growth environment.
• Data-first mindset with ability to interpret complex metrics and act decisively.
• Strong creative instincts and drive to test and iterate concepts that scale.
• Confidence to lead while staying execution-focused, with fast-paced adaptability.
• Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus.
