FORMEL SKIN is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own paid social across channels (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat) and drive scalable growth in a fast-moving health-tech environment. You will lead cross-market planning, transform data into insights, and partner with brand, product, analytics, and media teams to keep performance marketing at the core of growth.

The role requires 5+ years in performance marketing, a data-first mindset, and fluency in English and German.
