FORMEL SKIN seeks an experienced Motion Designer to create motion graphics and video assets for social media, website content, and CRM campaigns. You will translate dermatology topics into clear visuals and work with Brand, Marketing, and Product teams to bring campaigns to life.

The role requires a strong portfolio, 2–4 years of motion design experience, and proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in motion design or related roles.
• Strong proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Portfolio demonstrating motion graphics and video editing.
• Fluent in German and English.

Responsibilities

• Create motion graphics, animations, and video assets for paid and organic social media, website content, CRM campaigns, and product communications.
• Translate dermatological and healthcare topics into clear visual narratives that resonate with the audience and strengthen brand trust.
• Collaborate with Brand, Marketing, and Product teams to develop concepts and bring campaigns to life through motion design.
• Edit and optimize video content for different platforms while maintaining brand consistency and messaging.
• Test, analyze, and refine creative assets based on campaign performance data and audience insights.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, copywriters, and external partners to deliver creative projects on time and at scale.

• Create motion graphics, animations, and video assets for paid and organic social media, website content, CRM campaigns, and product communications

• Collaborate with designers, marketers, copywriters, and external partners to deliver creative projects on time and at scale

• 2–4 Years of experience as a Motion Designer, Video Editor, or in a similar creative role in a fast-paced digital environment
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop

• Understanding of digital marketing channels and experience creating performance-oriented assets for social media and paid advertising
