Job summary

Мы ищем специалиста по перфоманс-маркетингу с опытом масштабирования кампаний и аналитикой ROI, который возьмет на себя ответственность за рост в платных каналах и оптимизацию воронки.

Вы будете работать с Google, Meta и YouTube, управлять данными и совместно с командой развивать креативы на основе анализа.

Qualifications

• Минимум 4 года опыта в перфоманс-маркетинге и самостоятельном масштабе кампаний (лидогенерация или e-commerce).
• Управление кампаниями и трекингами, ориентация на ROI и данные.
• Свободное владение немецким на уровне бизнес-общения (C2) и хороший английский.

Responsibilities

• Оптимизировать воронку и каналы, повышать конверсию и рентабельность затрат.
• Дизайн и управление кампаниями в Google, Meta и YouTube, фокус на производительность и ROAS.
• Мониторинг пути клиента и настройка сегментов на основе данных.
• Анализ метрик и подготовка отчетов по ROI и производительности.
• Сотрудничество с внутренними экспертами по креативам и контенту.

• You independently optimize our funnel structure across all paid channels to sustainably maximize conversion rates.
• You design and manage our campaigns on Google, Meta, and YouTube, with a clear focus on performance and ROAS.
• You monitor the entire customer journey and continuously make data-driven adjustments to refine audience targeting.
• You independently analyze relevant metrics and provide us with transparent, actionable reports on performance and ROI.
• You work closely with our internal experts to develop the best ad creatives and content based on your data analyses.

Требования:

• You have at least 4 years of solid project experience in performance marketing and have independently scaled demonstrably successful campaigns (lead generation or e-commerce) — ideally in the FinTech or financial sector.
• You are self-motivated and results-oriented, and agile project management is a practical reality for you rather than just a buzzword.
• You take full ownership of your area, think strategically ahead, and also implement campaigns and tracking setups yourself.
• Thanks to your strong analytical skills, you make data-based decisions, always keep ROI in mind, and implement your strategies systematically.
• You speak German at a business-fluent level (C2) for effective ad copy and have good English skills for communicating with the team.
• Non-EU citizens must have a valid work permit for Germany.
• Applications without a valid work permit and sufficient German language skills may not be considered.
