• Create, track and document maintenance and repair tickets.
• Review maintenance reports and initiate corrective actions.
• Assist customers with technical questions and provide professional support.
• Ensure accurate technical documentation and reporting.

Your Responsibilities

As part of the Operations & Maintenance team, you will help ensure the smooth performance of solar PV installations by:

• Providing remote support for the commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of PV systems.

What We’re Looking For

• Completed vocational training in IT system integration, a degree in Renewable Energy, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• Understanding of the technical design and operation of photovoltaic (PV) systems.
• Fluency in German (C1 level or native) and strong English communication skills.
• A proactive, solution‑oriented, and customer‑focused mindset.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and a structured approach to documentation.
