THRYVE is seeking a technically minded professional to support planning and delivery of utility-scale PV projects. You will translate project requirements into practical electrical designs, prepare technical documentation and coordinate with customers and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.

The role emphasizes AutoCAD creation, DC cabling concepts, BOM preparation and close collaboration with commercial, procurement, planning, production and logistics teams.

Qualifikationen

• Completed vocational training in electrical engineering, building services, industrial electronics or electrical installation.
• A background in electrical engineering, energy technology or renewable energy is beneficial.
• Experience designing ground-mounted PV installations or DC cabling systems is advantageous.
• Graduates seeking to develop a career in solar energy are welcome.
• Proficient with AutoCAD; knowledge of PV design software is a plus.
• Able to interpret technical drawings and convert them into workable solutions.
• Careful, organized and solution-focused working style.
• Comfortable communicating with customers and coordinating across departments.
• Willingness to undertake occasional customer visits and site assignments.
• German proficiency at least C1 and English at least B2.

Aufgaben

Your responsibilities

Your profile

• Completed vocational training in electrical engineering, building services, industrial electronics or electrical installation; alternatively, a technical degree or comparable qualification.
• A background in electrical engineering, energy technology, renewable energy, technical design or project planning would be beneficial.
• Ideally, experience designing ground-mounted PV installations, solar-farm layouts, DC cabling systems or comparable electrical infrastructure.
• Applications are also welcomed from technically capable graduates looking to develop their careers within solar energy.
• Confident user of AutoCAD; knowledge of specialist PV design software would be advantageous.
• Able to interpret technical drawings and system designs and convert them into workable solutions.
