Onsite IT Support Specialist (m/f/d) Do you enjoy solving technical problems, working directly with people and providing IT support that goes beyond simply handling tickets? For our dedicated Onsite IT Support Team at a well-known international e-commerce company in southwest Berlin, we are looking for motivated IT Support Specialists (m/f/d).

Your Responsibilities

• Providing face-to-face IT support and walk-in support
• Receiving, processing and documenting incidents and service requests
• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Supporting users with laptops, mobile devices, peripherals and applications
• Setting up, configuring and deploying IT hardware
• Supporting employee onboarding and offboarding
• Preparing and providing IT equipment for new employees
• Supporting mobile devices and mobile communication services
• Providing technical support for meeting and conference rooms
• Supporting hardware ordering, inventory management and asset management
• Maintaining accurate asset and inventory information
• Documenting and following up on support cases within the ticketing system
• Routing and escalating more complex issues to the appropriate support teams
• Working closely with local and international IT teams
• Actively contributing to the continuous improvement of processes, documentation and support services

What You Bring

• Have previous experience in IT Support, Service Desk, Helpdesk or Onsite Support
• Have a good understanding of common hardware and software environments
• Can analyse technical issues in a structured way and resolve them independently whenever possible
• Enjoy working directly with users
• Have a strong customer and service-oriented mindset
• Are approachable, friendly and confident in communicating with others
• Take initiative and ownership of your tasks
• Remain structured and solution-oriented when handling several requests at the same time
• Enjoy working as part of a team and supporting your colleagues
• Have very good English skills; German skills are an advantage
