Job summary

Oasis Travel GmbH mit Sitz in Berlin sucht eine/n Online Marketing Manager (m/w/d) zur Verstärkung des Teams. Sie steuern die Online-Aktivitäten, entwickeln Inhalte und Kampagnen, optimieren die Website und Social-Media-Kanäle, planen Newsletter und PR-Maßnahmen und arbeiten eng mit dem Team zusammen, um Reisen gezielt zu vermarkten.

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder Studium im Marketing, Online-Marketing, Kommunikation, Tourismus oder Gleichwertiges.
• Berufserfahrung im Online-Marketing; praktische Kenntnisse in Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO und Social Media.
• Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Website- und Social-Mie­dia-Inhalten, Newsletter- und Printmedien.
• Gutes Gespür für Text, Bilder und zielgruppengerechte Kommunikation.
• Kreativität, Eigeninitiative und Umsetzungswillen.
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse.
• Teamgeist, Kommunikationsfreude und Organisationsstärke.
• Analytisches Denken und strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
• Gern gesehen: Kenntnisse in Typo3 und gängiger Grafiksoftware.

Responsibilities

• Weiterentwicklung unserer Website und Implementierung von SEO- und Content-Maßnahmen.
• Kreative und eigenständige Konzeption sowie Umsetzung von Online- und Offline-Marketingmaßnahmen.
• Führung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Social-Media-Kanäle inkl. Content-Planung und Kampagnen.
• Planung, Steuerung und Optimierung von Google Ads-Kampagnen.
• Analyse und Auswertung unserer Online-Marketing-Aktivitäten mit Google Analytics.
• Planung und Umsetzung von Newsletter-, Print- und Direct-Marketing-Aktivitäten.
• Presse- und Public-Relations-Arbeit sowie Medienplanung und Anzeigenschaltung.
• Trends beobachten und neue Ideen für die Vermarktung unserer Reisen entwickeln.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an Online Marketing Manager (m/f/d) to join us as soon as possible, who combines digital marketing with traditional marketing, enjoys working independently, and markets our trips creatively and with a focus on target audiences.

• Further development of our website and implementation of SEO and content measures
• Creative and independent conception and implementation of online and offline marketing measures
• Management and further development of our social media channels, including content planning and campaigns
• Planning, management, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns (formerly Google AdWords)
• Analysis and evaluation of our online marketing activities using Google Analytics
• Planning and implementation of newsletter, print, and direct marketing activities
• Press and public relations, as well as media planning and ad placement
• Monitoring trends and developing new ideas for marketing our trips

Требования

• Completed vocational training or a degree in marketing, online marketing, communications, tourism, or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in online marketing and practical knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO, and social media
• Experience creating and preparing content for websites, social media, newsletters, and print media
• A good feel for copy, images, and communication tailored to target audiences
• Creativity, initiative, and a desire to implement your own ideas
• Very good German skills and good English skills
• Team spirit, enjoyment of communication, and a knack for clear organization
• Analytical thinking and a structured approach to work
