• Lead the end-to-end Organic Social and Influencer strategy and execution for Germany;
• Set the vision for the brand’s cultural, creative and creator presence;
• Own the editorial direction and content calendar across organic channels;
• Connect always-on content, creators, campaigns and cultural moments into one Social ecosystem;
• Own and evolve the Influencer and Creator strategy for Germany;
• Define the role of creators across always-on activity, major campaigns, partnerships, football and cultural opportunities;
• Build and develop the Creator ecosystem;
• Work with the Influencer agency on creator identification, briefing, activation and long-term relationships;
• Manage relationships with the Social Media and Influencer agency;
• Oversee always-on content production, publishing and community activity;
• Partner with Brand Campaigns and Brand Activations on Social and Creator-led executions;
• Identify proactive and reactive cultural opportunities for Lieferando;
• Shape channel strategies, content approaches, creator formats and Social playbooks;
• Lead budget tracking, forecasting and reporting across Organic Social and Influencer activities;
• Establish Organic Social and Influencer KPIs and reporting structures;
• Turn performance and audience insights into continuous improvement;
• Partner with Brand Campaigns, Brand Activations, Media, PR, Commercial teams and Customer Service.

Требования:

• Extensive hands-on experience managing Social Media, Influencer or Creator Marketing for recognised consumer brands;
• Strong understanding of Organic Social and Influencer Marketing as one connected ecosystem;
• Deep cultural awareness of platforms, trends and meaningful brand participation;
• Strong understanding of creators and influencer culture;
• Strong content instinct across different channels;
• Ability to develop consistent, distinctive and culturally fluent brand voice;
• Ability to lead agencies, build strategy and execute at pace;
• Experience owning editorial planning, content calendars, channel strategies, Creator programmes and community presence;
• Hands-on experience with Social Media management and measurement tools;
• Ability to use data for decision-making;
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills;
• Excellent project management skills;
• Strong communication skills in German and English;
• German is mandatory.
