Job summary

Задачи

• Manage and develop our digital channels, focusing on reach, visibility and performance.
• Plan, manage and approve content for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok in collaboration with agencies.
• Maintain and optimize our website and implement SEO measures.
• Manage and develop Google Ads campaigns together with external partners.
• Manage our online brochures and book and administer brochure portals.
• Plan and implement online and offline marketing campaigns.
• Work closely with international teams, particularly our colleagues in Denmark.
• Manage external agencies and service providers.
• Analyze relevant KPIs, prepare reports and derive optimization measures.

Требования

• Successfully completed a degree in business administration with a focus on marketing, business communication or a comparable field of study.
• Professional experience in online marketing, ideally with a focus on social media, website management, SEO or SEA.
• Experience working with and managing agencies and external service providers.
• Strong affinity for online media and a good understanding of digital marketing channels and current trends.
• Confident use of MS Office and, ideally, experience with CMS, SEO and analytics tools.
• Structured, independent and results-oriented approach to work.
• Analytical thinking and a good feel for communication tailored to target audiences.
• Team spirit, initiative and a hands-on mentality.
• Very good German and good English, both spoken and written.
