Qualifications

• Опыт настройки и анализа TVSquared, Spoteffect и измерения прироста.

Responsibilities

• Владение бюджетом и оптимизация офлайн-каналов (TV, OOH, радио, дисплей) в части европейских рынков.
• Определение лучших практик настройки, управления и оптимизации кампаний.
• Управление стратегическими медиа-партнерствами и переговоры по условиям.
• Сотрудничество с дата-командами для измерения и анализа эффективности.
• Работа с креативами для разработки и предтестирования роликов.

• Own budget allocation and optimisation for offline channels (TV, OOH, radio, IO display) across a subset of our 18 European markets.
• Define best practices for campaign setup, management and optimisation.
• Manage strategic media partnerships: negotiate commercial terms and act as the main contact for senior sales representatives.
• Partner with data teams to build and use tools that measure and analyse performance.
• Work with creative teams to develop and pre-test spots, and continuously improve their effectiveness.

Требования

• 3+ years in offline marketing and customer acquisition at a high-growth, app-centric D2C tech company, managing large budgets and complexity
• Strong analytical skills: you automate reporting and are confident with Excel, SQL and LLMs (Claude, Gemini, etc.)
• Hands-on experience setting up, using and analysing TVSquared, Spoteffect and incrementality-based measurement
• Proven end-to-end campaign management, from planning and testing to creative development and ongoing optimisation
• An entrepreneurial, test-and-learn mindset and the drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment
