The GLEIF Assistant & Office Manager will support CEO & Management from Monday-Friday in a timely and professional manner. The Assistant & Office Manager’s main duties include scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements and organizing daily calendars. We seek an individual with the ambition and skill to perform in a global organization.
Records management activities, including production, composition, copying, filing and faxing of reports, presentations and meeting minutes
Maintain and order office supplies including furniture and access cards according to corporate policies
Checking on the actual bill before coordinating with GLEIF’s Finance department regarding payment for catering and cost center
Support GLEIF’s Company Secretary in the preparation of Board Meetings
Exceptional personal skills including social competency, strong cross-functional communication and people skills
Excellent IT Skills and demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and a quick learner of processes and systems
