Job Responsibilities

• Network Planning: Responsible for network planning across the European region, including warehouse network model, layout, site selection, hub planning, sorting layout and site selection, transport capacity planning, and terminal planning. Build an efficient European logistics network from a global, full‑chain perspective.
• Optimization and Innovation of Network Models: Continuously optimize network model design, site selection strategies, fulfillment models, and explore innovative models aligned with industry trends and business needs.
• Network Efficiency Optimization: Identify time and cost efficiency issues across the fulfillment process and propose optimization plans; drive implementation to improve timeliness, reduce cost, and increase efficiency.
• Rule Formulation and Process Optimization: Develop implementation plans and management standards for planning schemes and network optimization; clarify cross‑departmental mechanisms to ensure execution.

Job Requirements

• Basic Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above in logistics, supply chain management, or related fields.
• Language Requirement: Fluent in English, capable of using it as a working language for meetings, reports, and project communication.
• Work Experience: More than five years in European logistics network planning or related process planning (European e‑commerce or large third‑party logistics).
• Professional Competence: Ability to grasp European logistics trends and company business trends, familiarity with network resource layout and planning logic, rigorous logical thinking, data sensitivity, strong summarization, and data analysis skills; proficient in at least one data analysis tool (Excel, SQL, Python, etc.).
• Soft Skills: Strong project management and cross‑departmental coordination, willingness to travel periodically within Europe, structured thinking, and the ability to distill methodologies from projects.
